Details: Kato Polyclay is the strongest and most durable polymer clay available. This formula is preferred by artists over other leading brands because of its curing properties, vivid colors, and ease of use. 8 spectral colors are available including 4 warm and 4 cool colors, creating a complete color wheel. Neutral and metallic are also available! For best results, knead and condition clay. Once conditioned, create your masterpiece and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 20 minutes. Temperature and baking time may be adjusted within the range of 275°F (135°C) and 325°F (165°C), and between 10-30 minutes. When cured at elevated temperatures and longer times, Kato Polyclay will become harder and stronger, and have an increased surface gloss. WARNING: Do not exceed 365°F (175°C) and avoid open flames. Do not microwave. Not a toy, supervise use by children. Tips to condition 1. Cut clay into slices and place on your work tile 2. Use an acrylic roller (briefly) to compress and soften the clay (this begins the conditioning process and lessens crumbling) 3. Run the clay through your pasta machine on the thickest setting. Fold clay over and repeat, folded side enters the rollers first. 4. Change to the third thickest setting and repeat. Continue until conditioned. Your clay should now be soft, supple and ready to go. Uneven edges are normal.
