Since it is pride month, I made this non binary flag. This flags are for folks who identify as a third gender. I pulled both colors intone another. I think the artwork came out pretty nice. These are the last pride month flags of the week. There is going to be an entire month of these pride month artworks. So, buckle up. The first painting ins the non-amorous flag. It was an interesting work. The yellow ended up taking up more of the canvas. It works just as well. I added a little blue V in the center.  It came out alright. I made new henna pattern. I drew them in black paper. This makes the colors pop. It also allows me to make use of the color white. The colors naturally look stronger with a black background. The first pattern was a little skinny and simple. I was trying to get into the workflow. The following floral pattern was a lot more complicated. I made two new pouring flags. The first one is the transgender flag. I like the nice pink and blue hues. I used the swipe technique to make this artwork. I pulled the white from the center outward. This created the lovely pattern. The second painting followed a similar scheme. However, I used a stick to do a more controlled pattern. I went for waves for this artwork. This is the first batch of pride month flags. I photographed the dried versions. With acrylics, the colors tend to shift and ebb. As the paint dries and smooths out, things may start moving. Also, acrylics dry darker. I prefer the wet look of these acrylic paintings.  Even so, I still see the importance of photographing the finished artwork. I hope you find it amusing.
