The harp ukulele is the crossbreed of a harp and a ukulele. This is what their child looks like. All joking aside, the instrument appeared in the US around the 1910s. It gained mainstay recognition in the Panama-Pacific International Exposition of 1915. The instrument faded away as quickly as it gained notoriety. These days, not a lot of people play it. The Keytar is a synthetic instrument. The precursor of the keytar was created in Vienna in 1795. It was a portable piano called orphica. It the evolved into the piano accordion that first appeared in 1852. The modern keytar first appeared Weltmeister, a manufacturing company in East Germany. Overtime, other companies developed their own versions of the Keytar. It became quite popular in the 1970s and 80s. Even today, it still gets played often.
