This is another one of my nice anime poses. I drew some new Scary Cat pages last week. The new kids book is ghost themed. I do not think I will be able to finish it by Halloween, but it is fine. I do not really mind. It will get done when it gets done. I make my own due dates, and I want each of the pages to look really cute. Anyhow, that is what I have been up to. This is one of my practices pose drawings. It is interesting to see how many different ways a person can sit down. The drawing was made with coloring pencils and fineliner pens. I was careful to erase most of the sketch pencil marks. I finished writing the Sacred Mask 4. It is in the process of being published. So, look forward to that. I was just practicing some of my poses. The pose is from a Michelangelo painting. It makes one appreciate how hard it is to render the human form. It is interesting to note, all the variety ways he sat people. So, if you want to practice drawing, it is important to check out classical artworks. I made a simple little drawing. It features a sleeping maiden. I had a decent among of interesting dreams here and there. Aside from my practice drawing, I got two new pages done on the manga. It will get done when it gets done. There is a hurricane coming to Florida. Even with it far away, we are starting to get the heavy rains. We trimmed the trees a bit here and there, but there is only so much one can do with a small ladder. Anyhow, I hope you find this drawing amusing. Bye.
