Details: Directions for Use:
❤Cleanse yourself and your space by smudging the space. Begin with lighting the palo santo and running the smoke around yourself. Palo santo is effective at clearing all the negative energy from the space. Once you are finished place the stick on the abalone shell. Next, light the sage and spread the smoke. The sage will clear all energy (good and bad) so you can have a clean slate to work with during your meditation session.
❤Next, sit comfortably while holding the two raw quartz chunks in each hand recite your intention.
❤ For 5 minutes (or any amount of time you feel comfortable meditating) follow your breath or focal point of your choice while gently putting aside any incoming thoughts.
❤ Once you've finished, pause for a moment to reflect on how you feel after meditating and put away your materials for next time.
