Hollow Knight Silksong Hornet’s Age
It is hard to estimate, but I can guess if she is larva, juvenile or adult. Shankra sees Hornet as small cause she exhibits lot of larva traits. Hornet could be like an Arctic caterpillar. She delays her grown, while she gathers food to make silk cocoon. Her dad is also a dragon. OLD ONE He made himself small or juvenile cause there wasn’t enough food in the edge of the world. He is a lot like a krill. The snail people call her old one. An old one is an HP Lovecraft term. It is used to describe a...
Silent Hill f Hinako has Rabies
I found a flashback that shoes Hinako getting bit by a fox. There was a doctor’s note talking about foxes having rabies. Foxes are not naturally aggressive. However, if they bite, they probably have rabies. Rabies got removed from Japan in 1957. However, Hinako got bit in the early 40s. Rabies is a slow burn type of illness. It moves slowly up the nerves, until it attacks the brain. Once it gets to the brain, the person or animal acts aggressively. Headaches They also have a bit of a water phobia. In any case, her headaches are probably the rabies...
Who is Going to be Protagonist of Hollow Knight 3?
The popular opinion is that it is going to be Lace. She was frame in a similar fashion as Hornet. However, she is not a child of the pale King. She is also not from Hollownest. The Hollow Knight could be the pure Vessel. He was a bad guy like Hornet. So, he is overdue for his own game. The Grimmchild can also be a Hollow Knight. Knighthood is inherited by blood. He is the child of the Hollow Knight and Master Grimm. So, he could be the protagonist for the 3rd Hollow Knight game. I want Shankra...
Silent Hill f Hinako’s Doll
It is interesting that she has a blonde doll. I think this shows her rejection of classical Japanese female roles. The game takes place after WWII. Western culture is getting into Japan whether it wants to or not. This is manifested by the blonde doll. Ever the rebel, Hinako plays with a blonde doll. She doesn’t want to be a traditional Japanese woman like her mom. She is afraid of losing her identity and becoming her husband’s little wife. This is why everything that has something to do with traditional roles gets morphed. In the nightmare world, traditional Japanese dolls...
Games with Fun Berserk References
I did not include From software games. They have a lot of berserk reference. Therefore, they are going to be its own blog. The first one in the chopping block is final fantasy 7. Cloud’s buster sword is a reworking of Guts’s fancy sword. His villain Sephiroth is a pretty silver haired dude, just like Griffin. Like Griffin, Sephiroth went on a killing spree before ascending. He also harmed the main romantic interest. Casca and Tifa are strong warrior maidens. The black material at times turns red like the behelith egg. In dragon’s dogma, they have the armors of Griffin...
