The ocarina is a relatively popular instrument. It was all thanks to the Legend of Zelda that it became so popular. This is at least what I think as all. The ocarina is one of the oldest instruments in the world.
They were invented in China around 12,000 years ago. The instrument was used in song and dance. Still, it was the Aztec Ocarina that became popular in Europe. It was brought back by the colonizers from the New World.
The one featured in this drawing is the potato shaped one. It was the one played by Link in his adventures. The drawing itself was made with Derwent Pencils and Stabilo markers.
