This is quite the cute photo I took while in the Florida Keys. I thought the suns looked pretty interesting and the like. I just wanted to show you this passing glimpse. As of now, the time seems to be passing really quickly. I am trying hard to prepare for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I may not be that well known for the moment. Still, I have to take those dates seriously. As of now, I am also trying to edit my fifth book, Melina. I could split it in two, but it only has 90,000 words. It would make for a weird little novel.
Then again, this second book is a weird fantasy novel. I wrote it a bit in the style of Daniel Defoe. This will become noticeable if you ever read the book Moll Flanders. I took a similar stance with my protagonist who was a courtesan. Maidens like that were more common during the Renaissance period. My book series takes place in a time of transition. It is going from the medieval knight nonsense to the Renaissance period. There is no actual Greek stuffs in my book. Rather, there is just a change in military trends.
People were going from over priced noblemen in saddles, to standing armies. Standing armies are what people use today. Knights originally were just really expensive mercenary type of folks. They would swear to a King, but if it did not work for them they would always subscribed to a new fellow. This was also the time when nations were starting to be created in Europe. Most fantasy stories are told against an European backdrop. I do this a lot in this fantasy book. Still, I do acknowledge that there is other types of flavors in the mix. This is noticeable in my book Ahi. I have in travel to new areas to meet new species of beings, and there are even new Gods. Most people tend to treat the gods of their worlds as a universal thing.
They tend to pretend that religious diversity doesn’t exist. I am just a bit mellowed out type of person. I just want to continue with my life. It is always such a bother to try to say a lot about something. Then again, this is just a problem of a completionism blogger. As of late, I have been toying with the idea of making video blogs related to certain products or something like it. It would just be a big ad type of thing. I am just mellowed out. Then again, I could just teach people how to draw. It could be done a bit of Bob Ross style. This is just what I am working on. There is nothing else to be said. The photo was taken with my Fujifilm camera.
