My Five Favorite Will Ferrell Comedy Movies

The first one is Blades of Glory. It is a spoof of the sport of figure skating. More specifically, it pokes fun at male and partner events. The fire guy is played by Will Ferrell. In the movie, he needs to learn to be a good friend in order for him to win.
His partner’s character arc is about loosening up and following his heart. He gets the romantic subplot. It is a fun movie all things considered. I watch it with my family every once in a while.
Anchorman pokes fun at TV journalism. It is one of the few Will Ferrell Comedies that got a sequel. The first movie dealt with local news, and the sequel deals with cable news. Ricky Bobby is a spoof of the car movie Days of Thunder, I think.
I forget. It makes me laugh. La Casa de Mi padre is a spoof of Spanish telenovelas. It is fun to see Ferrell butchering the Spanish language. The campaign pokes fun at the political campaigns of the US.
