I finally found a good representation of New Year. This is basically an old photo. I am still a little mellowed out around the edges. To change things up a bit, I started a new Acrylic painting. I do not know why I have a harder time managing with acrylics. Maybe, it has something to do with the canvas or the dirty brushes.
The canvas has a lot of teeth that makes it hard to draw in a straight line. All commercial canvases look like that. Frankly, I like a smooth surface to work with. This canvas is just now doing it for me. I am slowly going to try other ones to make paintings. For the time being, I will work with what I have.
I am continuing my Alice series. This one features my second tardigrade acrylic painting. I like tardigrades. Mine is wearing a cute little dress. It is funny around the edges. If you like these little critters you will certainly like the finished work. I still need to add the white painting to cover the pencil sketch below. I also have another fancy painting in the woodworks.
As of now, we are struggling with the radiance. She is one tough cookie. It is all a general mess around the edges. Hopefully we will make some semblance of progress. For now, we get somewhat through the first final boss and get to the fourth stage of radiance. Anyhow, this is a bit late in the game, but Happy New Year my peeps. Hopefully, you will find this photo useful.
