Sword is made of manganese steel with perfect sharpeness. Manganese steel is one kind of high-strength steel. It is mainly used to absorb impact, squeezing and physical abrasion. It not only has strong rigidity but good toughness.

Tuska: Hard wood wrapped with black geniuen Ray Skin & purple silk cord ornamented with two Alloy Menuki
Saya(Sheath): Black wood Scabbard with silver pattern, purple sageo.
Other Fittings: Alloy fuchi/kashira+brass seppa/habaki.
