Details: This cream color paper is ideal for finished drawings. I have been using it for quite the number of years. The second photo shows the one I first bought. As of now, Strathmore has changed the design of the paper. However, the 400 series paper is still made the same way. In those days, I used to use one side of the paper to plan the pages and the other for the finished drawing. You can see both if you scroll down the new images I took for the product. The one on sale is the one with the maiden glaring at you. I showed you this photo to illustrate the usefulness of this paper. Once you go Strathmore you don't go back. This paper functions nicely every time. The quality has not decreased for the last decade. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed by the power of this awesome multi purpose paper.

Are the pages easily removed or do they stay on just right?
The paper has lines that allow you to remove it. The wires also work for those who like to keep all their drawings in the same paper pad.
-
How many pages does this paper pad include?
The paper pad has about 24 pages, which doesn't sound like a lot, but I have been able to draw on both sides of the paper so it doubles it. This only works for pens however, pencil tends to stain one another.
-
Can this paper work dandy for calligraphy work and other pen related projects?
The paper pad takes pen rather well, so in theory it could work for calligraphy. I mostly use this paper for pen works anyhow, even though it says drawing and has a pencil chick drawn in the front cover.
-
What's the color of these papers?
The paper is not like white, white, but cream color.
-
Does this paper pad work dandy with charcoals and graphite?
The paper is designed for drawing mediums, so it does work dandy with charcoals and graphite pencils.
