Blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive. Blended with epoxy, it will cure to an off-white color.
• Product 2: HARDWARE OR STUD BONDING is a popular use of this filler. Even small amounts of this 404-High Density added to a blend of epoxy resin and hardener will reduce creep in the cured epoxy. Mix this filler into liquid epoxy to create slurry. It should be thick enough to stay in a horizontal hole, but not too thick. (Blending too much filler into epoxy can trap air.)
• Product 2: THICKEN EPOXY with this high-density filler to make a non-slumping adhesive that will bridge large gaps. It will strongly bond wood joints, saving you the time and labor involved in crafting tight joinery.
• Product 2: FOR MAXIMUM STRENGTH add only enough filler to completely bridge gaps between surfaces without sagging or running out of the joint, pilot hole, or gap. A small amount should squeeze out of the joints when clamped, or when hardware is inserted. For thick mixtures, don’t fill the mixing cup more than 1/3 full of epoxy before adding filler.
