I've made a couple of recipes and to my delight they were very tasty. I've found a lot of great looking recipes, that can be made with easily accessible ingredients. I tried two of the recipes and both were delicious (Almond biscotti and no-flour peanut butter cookies.) I also appreciate that it shows what a severing is and what the carb exchange or fat exchange is for each serving. This has helped me gain confidence in offering diabetic-friendly goodies to my diabetic mother in law. Just the idea that there is something available for the cravings still lingering is a welcome relief to those of us who will allways be adicted to sugar.
