Details: This is the proper set of metallic pens, for any art and craft projects. It has nice reflective colors, that just pop against a black background. If you add a nice light water wash to these pencils, it makes your drawings have a watercolor effect. The pencils are good both stand alone and together. The pencils are blendable. You can sharpen them to a nice, strong point. The point is strong, and doesn't break easily. I got these pencil set as part of a birthdate gift.   These metallic pencils work best with black paper, or any other type of paper that does not include the color white.

  It depends were home is. If you live in the US, it has prime so it should get home quickly.

  According to the seller, this doesn't have such a wide international shipment. 

• Is this similar to the sakura gelly pens?

  Sakura gelly pens are different, and pencils. They do have similar sheen, that is more visible on black paper.
