First, please make sure that your computer's GPU supports 4K @60Hz.Second, please change the computer display resolution to 3840 x 2160 in Display Setting. 2. You can use the 4k drawing tablet screen as a second monitor by setting the Duplicate Mode or Extend Mode on the Mac/Windows Computer. 3. Does the HUION Kamvas Pro 16 Plus (4K) work on Linux? So far we don't have a Linux driver for the HUION kamvas 16 4k Plus. 4. Does it support full-screen display on my samsung phone? Yes, please active the Samsung DEX mode via the phone setting.Please kindly note that full screen mode is only available for the Android devices which support desktop operating system for PC mode or DEX mode.If you are not clear about it, please feel free to contact us. 5. Why the display freezing when I draw, watch videos or browse webpages on HUION Kamvas Pro 16 Plus (4K)? Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Display > Scale and Layout. Step 2. To change the scaling, click the Down Arrow and select a new setting on the pop-up menu. The scaling percentage ranges from 100% to 300%. For Mac Step 1. Open “Display” tab of "Displays" setting in System Preferences. Step 2. Select "Scaled" of Resolution. Please disable "Mirror Displays" before selecting "Scaled". Step 3. Change the scaling level.
