Details: I do not know why most of the details section of products just say the same thing as in the feature section. It is a bit redundant and insulting to the reader. I mean, you are trying to sell this to a human, not score high on the google search engine. If God allows, I will fix as many product descriptions as I run into. Well, I can only do true justice to the product that I actually own. You can easily tell this by the new photos I took. Mostly, I have been using these nylon brushes for watercolor paints. They are very clean because I do not paint with watercolors too much. I just tried it for a second and then went onto something else. I am not much of a painter. I am even less of a face paint painter. If  are into painting other people's faces, then this is the set for you. The decision is yours, and yours alone.

• Are these brushes safe for little kids to use?

  The brushes work just dandy for little kids. Since they are made through artificial non toxic means. Though, if the kids are going to eat the brushes, I suggest they are a bit too young to be messing around with art products.

• Is this package light enough to paint on the go?

  Yeah, its pretty light. You do not need both hand to carry it. 

• Why are the handles in the brushes so long?

  They are long because some people prefer them as so. The guys who made them prefer fine long handles, instead of the short stubby ones. Length is not an issue with me. 

• Why are these brushes labeled as face painting brushes?

  I am just working off whatever is posted in the Amazon website. US art supply felt like selling them as face paint brushes. Though frankly, they work better as watercolor brushes. 

• How much usage can this set handle?

  With proper cleaning it can usually survive a dozen or so of birthdays before requiring replacements. 

• Does these paint brushes work with other types of paints?

  The paint brushes work just fine with watercolors. Brushes are just a way to paint, how you use them is up to you. Though, they were designed for face painting.
