Details: Designed for painters who want to paint larger than 16x12 (it will still hold a 6x8). Panel holder is aluminum channel with ABS brackets. Will hold a panel or stretched canvas up to 22" vertically. SLIK U8000 Tripod is a medium duty with a wide stance for increased stability. Pan head and quick-disconnect shoe included. Maximum height to top of panel = 72". Tripod easily adjusts for a sitting painter. Palettes grey working surface (9"x18.5")is a layer of clear tempered glass . Surface resists scratching and cleans up with a paper towel moistened with turps. Built in value scale. Palette has 2 slide-out shelves, 10 brush holes, and a 3" hole for turps jar. Palette frame and shelves are rugged black ABS. Cover is 1/4" grey PVC. Aluminum plates increase stability when palette is mounted on tripod. Palette height is 35" when mounted. Palette cover doubles as a palette 'shade' , held in place by retractable bungee cord. Turps jar is PPG plastic(not glass) with a butyl rubber gasket and locking lid.
