It features heavier weight superior quality cloth, medium grain surface ideal for all techniques including heavier applications of color, 8-ounce natural cotton duck, 1-1/2-inch deep staple free edges that can be painted to display finished paintings with or without a frame, triple coated with acid free sizing and two coats of highly pigmented acrylic primer formulated by winsor and newton, balanced absorbency and tooth which prevents sinking of oil colors and improves adhesion, professional frame constructions with kiln-dried, beveled stretcher bars, stretched by hand for best tension and tailored corners, and ample canvas on the back for restretching.
