It has been some time since I painted something new. I just recently got around to posting this image. I have been working really hard in my new children’s book. I have like a good feeling about it. It was done with markers and everything. It was all good fun, till I ran out of two colors.

I went to get a refill for them, but they did not arrive for another two months. The refills are not all that easy to find, for the most part, and there is still the obvious elephant in the room that I detest talking about. Like I said before, it will last till doomsday because people can’t stop being stupid, selfish douches. How hard is it to put on a little mask?

It is not as if they are asking you to wear a hazmat suit. I swear, people can be so stubborn about the silliest of things. I recently went back to the gym. You have to wear a mask to enter it, but once inside you can remove it. It makes sense, cause if you wear a mask while exercising, you might drop dead. All in all, things do not inspire me much confidence.

There was a survey that I heard about the other day. It was about how people’s expectations for the future affected birthrate. In countries where the outlook was bleak, the birthrates were pretty low. I know there is some mumbo jumbo about over population, but our numbers seem pretty scarce when you look up at the night sky.

There are plenty of empty planets and moons in our Solar System. We should populate them. There is also plenty of room, under the sea, under the sea. Alas, people choose the caveman’s solution to a problem. I am only being a little bit mean cause, I detest that I used to be a fool as well. My foolishness was cured quickly thanks to a little game called Tropico 5, not 6.

The fifth one was the good one. The other one not so much. I want by 50 bucks back. Anyhow, brother person is pretty excited about Demon Souls. I am not too thrilled, cause I am still peeved because of Sekiro. All I remember is a monkey throwing dung in my face.

That is how I would summarize Sekiro. Had I know that it was going to be the entire plot of the game, I would not have bothered getting it. Anyhow, I am back to playing the Sims. I had gotten a few expansions for it, but I stopped because the game became like unstable.

My cat most of the time is like Schrodinger’s cat. I think this is about it as far as my nonsense is concerned. I think I should talk about the acrylic painting a bit. The painting took about two days to make. I first painted the background, and then I added the flowers in the foreground. I used a toothbrush for the splatter effects.

The flowers have those color because I was going for a winter themed like painting. I remember Bob Ross painting a winter theme for color blind people. Just because you can’t see red, doesn’t mean you can’t paint pretty pictures. There is such a thing as analogous compositions, and monochromatic as well too. Monochromatic talks of two colors.

It doesn’t always have to be black or white. The types of flowers are something that I do not remember. It was months ago, and I forgot to write down the name of the flowers. The main one is a type of orchid, and the second one I think is a Hibiscus flower. I don’t know the name of the other flowers.

The painting was done with US Art Supply Acrylics, and Liquitex Basic metallic paints. The varnish is professional level. I tend to paint very thinly. I do not do impasto, or glazing because I am like super stingy with my art supplies. All in all, I hope you find this acrylic painting entertaining.

And remember, you do not need expensive art supplies to make a masterpiece, and there is a urinal as an exhibition. Don’t believe me? Just google Dada for a second, and then you will understand my overall opinion about today’s art as a whole, and why I don’t bother looking at artwork made after the 1900s, with some notable exceptions here and there.
