This is a silly drawing I made of this musical instrument. Mother ended up being ok, so that is some good news. Everything else is pretty much the same way. It will probably take a year for things to blow over.
On the meantime, it is just a matter of waiting. I think I now feel like talking about the silly musical instrument. The oboe is a type of double reed instrument. It was invented around the 17th century.
They are usually made of wood, but they are also synthetic as well. They work both in the orchestra or as a solo instrument. The most important aspect of the oboe is the reed.
Professional artists tend to customize their own reeds to produce the sounds and range they so desire. Each individual form of the reed changes the range of the sound.
This messes with the consistency of the sound, making it a hard instrument to master. Still, it is worth the effort to those who enjoy a good challenge, or those who have nothing better to do with their time.
In my case, I have nothing much to do, other than to wait for things to get a little better. This is one instance where it doesn’t matter what you do. The problem is not going to get fixed with individual help as all.
I think I want to mention the drawing as well. The drawing was made with those nice Derwent pencils. I have been using the same set for years now. The Stabilo pens I also used are relatively new.
The paper is Leda Art Supplies. I am not going to paint much for a while. I am going to focus on other nonsense. I hope you find this little bit of information useful.
