Find my work at:

Yesterday, I was in a children's birthdate party. It was the first birthdate of the great granddaughter of one of mom's friends. I went with my family to the party in a banquet hall, even though it was pouring. We were one of the firsts to arrive in spite of the fact that we were half an hour late. The party was rather pleasant, decent food and good company. It was pouring too much, so I did not bring my big camera. Also, they had an official photographer, so I did not want to crowd the place.

The interesting thing about the party was the variety of food. They had something just for everyone, and they had pizza just in case. Everyone likes cheese pizza, so I was able to eat plenty of it. I also ate cotton candy, and chips and cookies too. Now, I am starting to sound like a 5 year old. People found humoring the new hair that I am sporting. I cut it a bit, and then I added rolls to curl it. It looks like the type of hair women wore in the 1920s.

It works for me because I am up to here with long hair. It just requires too much work and who has time for that? I rather spend my money more constructively. I am always looking for new little artsy projects to embark in. I am now going to publish all the poems in a large book. I think it will have a better chance of selling. Most people prefer to get things in bulks, than in segments. I have at least noticed this much with my website.

This is just about all I did yesterday. The only photos I actually took were for  Instagram. I just took photos of the food and the cake. Both looked cute, and were somewhat edible. When the party ended, we went home. I painted, until it was time to go to sleep. I also practiced sewing a bit before sleeping. As of late, I have been desiring to learn how to sew. It goes well with my hand to eye coordination deal.

The only thing I have managed is to ruing a couple of choice pieces. It is not as if I am uncoordinated. I can already draw and paint just dandy. I have my own style and everything. The only issue I have with sewing is the cutting aspect. I tend to cut cloth in a bit of a messy, way. This leads to messy results. Practice makes perfect, I suppose. Anyhow, this leads me to the featured photo. Like you may have guessed, it has nothing to do with our conversation.

I am caught in the middle of the Eevee event. As such, I am focused on that for the most part. I just finished cleaning the house, so I am a bit distracted. The photo was taken two years ago. I was near the lifeguard tower. It was marked as a Pokestop. So, I got to photographed chumps and play games at the same time. It sort of miss it a bit. I would not mind returning there in the future, but only in the Fall. The summer this year has been too hot, because of the Sahara wind.
