Today, I am feeling a little bit better. There was a time last night that I left like throwing up a couple of times. I manned through it and came out the better. I do not know why sicknesses seem to worsen at night. As soon as the sun rose, I felt a lot better.
I was able to sleep and I recently woke up. I am a little tired a lot around the edges. I checked out my bushes. The old one is showing signs of life. The petals of the new rose bush look a little burned. Still, they are hanging on for the main rose to open.
I am not going to cut the roses anymore. I am going to wait for them to fall naturally or for them to produce a rose hip. Given enough time, either the first or the latter will occur. Yesterday, it rained a bit so I did not have to water the garden. I am like super serious about gardening as of lately.
I think I am overfeeding my plants. So, I am giving it another week before getting in there. It turns out that everyone who went to the party got sick. IT seemed like one among the many had a dormant common cold and everyone got it. People are all looking at one another and pointing fingers.
Overall, it was an interesting party. We were showcasing the latest painting. I think we are close to turning to an actual museum. We just need to add a couple of outdoor installations and we are set. I am not too keen on having strangers wandering about.
Then again, this is part of the reason why I am in the online business. Having a physical world store is a tad expensive, with the permits and the rent. Still, it isn’t something I would totally despise. My brother is having a bit of coding inspirations.
IT helped him a lot to sleep. He had not been sleeping much as a result of the two classes he is taken. He thought he would return to school and see if he learned some new tricks. Big mistake. LOL! Then again, it is common for us to always shun school and look down on it.
Still, it is very rare that I actually learn something. The only classes that taught me something were the religious and art history classes. I would certainly like to take more of them in the future. Mainly, I want more art history classes. I also want to take a Studio painting class.
This is all in the far future. I might even take them in a different University. I wander if there is one near this place. The only university nearby is NOVA. I think it is more of a high school or something. It might be useful to start a doctorate.
The problem is that learning keeps me from doing more constructive projects. There is such a thing as refrigerated knowledge. IF you cannot think of something practical with your acquired information, then do not bother learning it.
This reminds me a bit of a bunch of written papers I made for University. One of them was well liked by the teacher. It got lost on the wayside. I am not a big fan of doing research papers. They are ever so boring.
I do not know why people are such martyrs about it. I think this is just about it as far as my ramblings are concerned. I hope you like more of my beautiful rose photos. The current ones are still hanging in there, as such I am not going to cut them.
