New BJD Doll Arrived Today

I got a new bjd doll today. It is a ring doll. He is a big chunky boy. It was pretty difficult to drag him into the living room.
When you get a 70 cm doll, it doesn’t seem so big. It was a different story once I got him out of the box. It was an interesting experience to set him up.
I even did a livestream of me struggling to put him together. I ended up needing assistance for installing the entire armor. I thought the glove hand was movable.
I guess it was just a solid piece of armor. It wasn’t completely ball jointed. Which was a tad of a disappointment. I suppose there are some things that cannot be helped as all.

I haven’t decided on the name for the doll yet. I had almost forgotten that I had ordered him in the first place. Some preorders do take a while.
It shows in the quality as all. The armor pieces do look rather fine on him. I ended up calling him Micheal. It was a name suggested by the Redditors from the Dark Souls Forums. He looks like a dark souls boss. So, it suits him rather well.
