Vittorio Reggianini Italian 1858-1938 Middle Class Ladies

Reggianini was an Italian painter. He mostly specialized in painting middle class scenes. I choose to review him because of the dresses of his girls. I find delightful the shinny look of their dress. Now, let us review his first painting. Above, we see a cutie sitting on a couch. Behind her, we see pink flowers that go well with her dress.
In this painting, we see a middle class woman eavesdropping on a conversation. She seems to be enjoying herself. What I like best are the combinations of pinks in the curtain, the dress and the floor.
In this painting, we see three women listening to their friend play the guitar. Their dresses are extremely pretty . Their dresses shimmer ever so pretty. She background too is shimmery. The patterns on the wall were made art nouveau style.
In this painting, we see several maidens looking at a couple talk. The guy in white is wooing the lady. She is hiding her face behind her fan. The scenery is also art nouveau style.
In this painting, we see a little girl playing the piano. Her stern father is listening to her play. On the meantime, two other women are listening to her play. They are the only one's who seem to like her music.
Above, we see another cute painting. A girl is offering her dogie a treat. The dogie's fur is also very shimmery. It matches well the overall glowing look of this painting. On the wall, we see a wallpaper of stylized flowers.
This painting is about "Admiration". A guy is admiring his cute girl. The girl is admiring her fan. The dog is admiring the girls in the other rooms. As for the other girls, they are looking at a painting. I think that is everything worth mentioning about this painting about admiration.
This painting is pretty simple. Here we see a girl looking at some goldfishes. They all go well with the scenery. For being a painting about middle class luxury, this piece works pretty well.
In this painting, we see a lovely maiden in a pink dress. She is reading a letter. It is a pretty common middle class themed painting.
In this painting, we see a girl throwing flowers out the window. She is trying to get her lover boy's attentions. For a background, we see a forest nymph.
Above, we see a cute Recital. The pair played such boring music that the girl's mother fell asleep. When she was not watching, the boy playing the cello tried to kiss the pianist. See, that is a great way of using classical music.
This is the last featured painting. The ladies' tea party was interrupted by the arrival of two little girls. The smallest girl is carrying flowers.
