Little Birdy

Come forth and sing,

Your song

Little birdy, little birdy.

Your sweet melody

Tears the world asunder,

Like the thunder,

Like the thunder.

Come forth and sing,

Little birdy, little birdy.

Your once sweet melody

Has turned sour

In this hour,

In this final hour.

Come forth and sing,

Just to me,

Just to me.

Little Birdy, sing

Just for me!!

Fragment

Take a deep breath,

The air is putrid,

Seek not the culprit.

The stench lies within.

Grave

Five days of agony

Inside this hole.

The maggots devour,

Reaching for the core.

I can’t remember

The name of my ember.

Hipno or a Spell for Nightmares

Hipno, Hipno

Turn the knob,

The gaze is haze.

Left, left, one.

The dove has flown,

The night is old.

Morpheus’s Hipno.

Shape, twist, bend.

The dream ends.

Again, again,

Rem, rem, rem,

It bends, bends,

The dream ends.

Hipno, Rem, Rem, Again!!

Tune, Tune, Tselem, Again!

Dance

Dance, Dance, Dance,

They advance, they advance.

In this hour,

I scream louder.

Cannot escape

His black cape.

Nameless

You can never know my name,

My face is hollow.

I have no mouth, nor words.

My body is but a shadow.

Winter

Winter knows no bounds.

Quicker, here he comes;

Hide the young babes.

No escape, no escape!

Again, winter hungers;

Look, he grows stronger!

Flee, flee, you can’t see!

Leave, live, you can’t be!

Run now, hurry!

Escape his blind fury.

For he knows no bounds.

Suicide of a Seer

By the ocean

I said a prayer

For my destruction.

My arrogance

Has doomed me.

My old powers

Have drowned me.

By the ocean,

I vent my last goodbye.

I feel that I

Could cry.

Again, this sorrow,

Relive, this horror.

I can never

Revive his ember,

Oh! So tender…

My foresight

Is my blight!

By this ocean,

I curse myself!

Let it swallow

Me whole!!

To the gallows

I go!!

Flytrap

And lo’ I saw

The tender flower

Consume her seeds.

Its leafs are fresh,

Her odor sour,

In their last hours.

In all her splendor

She consumes

The bee’s ember.

Away! Flee this flytrap!

Friends and strangers

Are not freed

From her danger.

For she hungers, yet again!

Condemnation

I cannot believe

The rogue, the knave!

You dare to justify your shame!

Seek me not for your game!

I cannot condone

 Your heartless tone.

You laugh again

At his new pain.

To be born to die!

I cannot look you in the eye!

I can never forget such a cruel intention!

You will not get, from me, salvation!

Let Down Your guard

Behind those eyes

Hides a raging flame,

Driving you insane.

You can never cope.

Only hope,

With your foe, with your woe!

Let down your guard,

You will not come to harm.

You must smile

At their guile,

You must kiss

Their cold steel.

You must yield,

Put down your shield.

Enter now true bliss.

Let down your guard,

You will not come to harm.

Do not raise your shield,

To them you must yield.

I cannot bear,

Your menacing glare.

Those cold eyes

Were once like mines.

In your glare

I see only hell.

Put down your guard,

You will never know harm.

Smile at your foe,

Die for their woe,

Surrender today

To see a new day.

Let down your guard,

You will never know harm!

Fragment

Come close and hear me speak.

Help me find the one I seek.

Ill repaid my efforts were,

I cannot return to “before”.

Bellow this dark pool

Sings the old, cold fool.

His eyes reflect my regret,

His heart yearns to forget.

Fragment

Beneath so much hate

A flower yearns to bloom!

Her life spells your doom!

It’s written in the stars, its fate.

Mirror

Look past the mirror,

What do you see?

An empty face, filled with horror,

An empty space, there lies he.

You cannot see

Behind the mirror,

There is only darkness.

There is only blackness.

Look past the mirror,

What do you see?

A cold frail hand

Seeking to live again,

A soul that’s damned,

That always felt pain.

Behind the mirror,

Lies an untold sorrow,

That you can’t behold.

His hand, frail and cold,

The hearth lies hollow.

Look past the mirror,

To the face you refuse to see!!

Days and ages,

Bring forth changes.

As he now ages,

The hand you held

Has withered in hell.

He lies beyond help,

For him you fell.

Fragment

The legion comes

Seeking great fun,

Tormenting mortals

With opaque opals.

The sun of old

Has grown cold.

The vague promise

Beckons the furnace.

It is not he

The one I seek,

There would be no fun

To have him

At arm’s length.

Fragment

Looking past the furnace

I seek a steely assurance.

Beneath this gripping cold

Screams out a dying soul.

Creation

When I last head your name

I felt such a crippling pain.

Such a vain, cliché, oh lame.

I am such a fool.

I was only your tool.

Forget the past,

I am gone, at last.

Rise above today;

Only then I’ll gain

Formation’s clay.

It is in my nature

To create,

So why nurture

Your hate?

It would not be fun

If it was done.

I will make

A true fake.

Fragments

I am tired of wondering.

I wish to end this yearning.

While learning to cope

I discovered hope.

The chains I bear

Become my living hell.

I wish I could tare

My mortal shell.

Man knows only time,

Chained by his own design.

Day

Return to a day

Gone long by,

When you did not hide

Your face, oh my!

You bring me such joy,

But now you toil.

Let us rejoice

In your choice.

For now we are one,

Let us be gone

From this past

The one we cast

To live again.

Forget this pain.

My chest is bleeding,

My heart, dying.

Erase this pain,

End this day!

Today

Smile again, anew;

For the morning dew.

Let me see your eyes,

There is no need to hide.

Yesterday’s shame

Brings forth change,

We wear chain

Bearing our name.

Before being born

They are adorn

For us to wear,

For us to bear.

Yesterday’s pain

Live on, again.

What did we gain

From your mistake?

Look at what’s at stake!

My life, my soul

Bends ever so low.

Can I live again?

Can I survive today’s pain?

Can I overcome my shame?

Fragment

Demons come for the masquerade

They come to hiss at your charade.

Curse

A curse that knows no name

Speaks of days gone by…

If only I could lift this cross

Then, perhaps I could learn

To live with this loss.

Then, maybe I could die.

If only I could hide

This gripping pain, this shame.

If only I could forget,

This terrible regret.

Then, maybe I could live again,

With this horrible pain

That has cursed my name!

Shame

Hide your neck from giants.

Do not show yourself defiant.

Bend low, only then you’ll grow…

Grow used to these chains,

Of shame.

Quiet the screaming soul;

Let her dance and die!

Of pain.

The world will not change

For you.

It will change for none.

It is all set and done,

Now, be gone!

Hide your shame,

Quiet the dying soul,

For she screams “why” again!

Fragment

I cannot change this fate.

I must live with this hate.

Open forth the gate.

It is checkmate.

Beneath this grave

Lies my true name.

Hiding my shame,

The one I crave!

I pray to God

I pray to God

For an escape,

I pray for some fun,

To be set and done,

For a horrible end.

Free me from this fate,

Help me escape,

To live beyond tomorrow,

Erase this sorrow.

I pray to you again,

Please, end this pain!

I pray to you alone,

My God, my only one!

Help me escape,

Erase this hate.

Something I call a sonnet

Return to simpler times,

The times without lies.

Rise above today,

Find yourself a new way.

Forget now your pain.

There is nothing left to gain.

All is lost, forgotten!

The apple has rotten.

Look past your sorrow,

Awaken in good morrow.

Only then you’ll see.

Only then you’ll be.

Fragment

Waiting for a train

That will never come.

The burning rain

Washed away my tears.

It’s all set and done.

There’s no need for fears.

Raise your eyes,

Show your smile.

The sun shines

Away your guile.

The face that hid in shame

Has now ended your game.

A blue flame

Burns the quiet soul.

Consumed by its glow

The water ebbs its flow.

A  chance game,

Over this foe.

Relive again

Yesterday’s pain.

What’s there to gain

From this shame?

Silence the quiet soul,

Just listen to her glow.

When the night came

She brought an end to our game.

She ushered forth your end, my end.

The cross that I bear

Is all cold, despair.

If only I could rise above today,

Then maybe I could change my way.

Control

Listen to my voice,

Hear me speak.

I know what you seek.

I am your only choice.

“Time’s aglow

Flames now behold,

Life knows no end,

Now you must bend,

Ever, down low,

Forever cold”

My song is just beginning,

I must keep on singing.

“Demons raving of maidens

That lie forever jaded.

They seek new havens

To escape what’s fated.”

The illusion of control

You can never behold!

Kiss

Look behind the stonewall

And find the beating hearth.

She wishes to flee,

She wishes to see,

Kindness from all.

Seek not their hiss,

Reach for their kiss.

The snakebite

Was a mortal one.

There is no respite

For now, be gone.

Life past today,

Forget your pain, your way!

Rhythm

Lazy slumber,

Hazy hunger,

Tell me, who?

Tell me, you?

What I listen?

What I Christen?

Tell me love,

Tell me dove.

At night your sorrow

Fill me with horror.

I grow stronger

As you grow hollow.

Dance again,

Die with pain,

Bleeding love,

Singing dove.

What I hunger

Is your slumber.

Who can tell me.

You can’t tell me?

Light a Candle

Light a candle

For an empty cradle,

Your endless hunger

Does not let you ponder.

Light a candle

To your dead dreams,

Say a prayer

For your empty screams.

Your signs of passion,

Your heart’s longing,

Ignored all reactions.

It knows no beginning.

Say a prayer to your sorrow,

As you become hollow.

Just light a candle,

For your empty cradle.

Silence

Time at last, signs “Finis”.

The end, at last, has come.

The hourglass lies empty.

The last grain is gone.

The water is still.

There is no chill,

No wind, nor sound.

No barking hounds.

The silence grows loud.

The heart no longer pounds.

This sweet bliss

Becomes oblivion.

Silence screams perdition.

In your last kiss.

Fragment

Fly above the scorching hell,

It was there from whence you fell.

Now life is just despair.

Nothing is ever fair.

When I was a youth,

I was given a short fuse.

Buried deep within my soul

Lies a cold, old sword.

Now I submit to my lord.

Blood Red

Why can’t I write?

My words,

Don’t flow,

My voice is gone.

I try to cry,

But my tears run dry.

If only I could have surmised

Your cruel surprise!

The dagger in my back

Has killed the lark.

My soul cannot rise again!

I hear his vengeful bark

Beneath this furnace.

There is no more assurance,

My love.

A red mist has me distorted,

At last we departed.

Never to see you again!

My one true pain!

At last, my love,

My heart has cried out “Blood Red” .
