Today, I finished painting this background for doll theater. I started by painting eight white circles with white gesso.
The rest I painted a light baby blue. Once it dried, I spayed some white ink to add a point of interest.
This was just to randomize some of the blue patterns. I left the painting drying for an entire day.
The following day I added the mosaic pattern with white ink. With that out of the way, I started painting the symbols into the white spheres.
From time to time, I added glitter into the symbols. I am a big fan of adding glitter to everything. I think it ended up looking rather nice.
It has a nice variety. It can work well from the top and the bottom. I think I ranted enough about my new painting.
I hope you find it amusing. My name is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, bye and God bless.
