I made a new anime princess drawing. The next drawings are going to be a bit holiday based. I am going to draw one for St. Patrick’s Day and one for Spring Break.
Neither are going to happen in Florida. Still, that is no reason to pretend that those days are not coming up. You don’t need to go anywhere to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day or Spring Break.
I celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by pinching my brother if he does not wear green. I only like the pinching aspect of the holiday. I also look for clovers in my garden. As for Spring Break, we just ride down to Islamorada to eat some fish.
It is not too exciting, but it is my life. I am now going to talk about my Sleeping Beauty drawing. She was draw with coloring pencils and markers. Sleeping Beauty is an interesting fairy tale. It has a lot of versions. Some with 3 fairies, and others with 7.
Disney did a pretty fun movie about it. I do not know why folks hated the original Sleeping Beauty movie. I thought Maleficent was fun. I guess it was a little too gothic and scary for kids.
The dragon battle even made it to Kingdom Hearts. It got remade, in live action format. It made Maleficent into a good guy. The movie was a mixed bag for me, but it at least had a cool dragon battle. I like dragons.
They are ever so much fun. Anyhow, the scene I drew features the blue fairy calling forth thorns to hide Sleeping Beauty. I added a good portion in the foreground. I also placed more detail on the fairy.
Her wings are very similar to the blue morpho butterfly. The Sleeping Beauty looks like she is having a nice little nap. I wanted to keep it cute, and sweet. I got a little carried away with the background stuff.
Still, at least the drawing looks decent enough. In any case, this was like my best effort. For a wand, I used a piece of twig. It seemed a little bit more fun like that. I think this is about it as far as the drawing is concerned.
I tried my best with it. I hope it makes you smile. Bye, Bye, and God bless. On a side note, I am also going to embed the video of the drawing into this blow. Look forward to seeing how I went about making the drawing.
