Today, I visited the Bonsai Thai and Sushi restaurant of Miami, in 8th Street. I go there every so often. I do not remember if I wrote about the place or not.
I took some photos of the scenery and also the sushi. The ambience, the food and the service were perfect.
For drinks, I had a soda, my brother had a Moscato and mother had beer. You can see the beer brand on the photo I took.
The waitress suggested a shrimp dish that was just delicious. I think the dish was called Rockin’ Shrimp. The sauce it had was made with honey and ginger.
The sauce combined well with the salad. Mother had the Tonka Soup with Shrimp and Mushroom.
For the main course, we had the Shrimp Tempura Roll, the Fancy Roll and a Combination.
Mother’s combination was huge. She had more than enough to take home. The shrimp was warm and made on the spot.
The thing that I liked best was obviously the dessert. A good dessert is the only thing that gets me out of my cave these days.
I had the Tempura Cheesecake. I had it with Condensed Milk. It was really yummy, hot, and crunchy.
Mother and brother had the Thai Donuts. I had them before, and I can vouche for their deliciousness.
The entire dinner with 3 was worth 120 bucks.
This works well considering that we had a 3-course meal. I hope this blog makes you really hungry.
