I made new ink art. It is themed after Valentine’s Day. I used the round paper and my black paper.
The still life features the last black paper that I own.
The ink and paint were made by pixiss. I have gotten a lot of milage out of a 25-ink set and some paper.
I tend to think out the paint by adding rubbing alcohol.
This makes them last longer. It also helps not to apply too much paint at once. I also took photos of the wet and dry version of the paintings.
I photographed the painting details. Now, I am going to talk about the paintings in specific.
The first one features a couple of Pansies. Pansies represents the thoughts of a lover.
If you get one as a gift, it means that your lover is thinking about you.
The center pansy is red and gold. I filled up the rest with other colors. I think it came out alright.
The second painting is a still life. I started by spraying white ink in the background.
I then drew the shapes of the fruits I wanted to paint with white ink.
I need to add a bit of white ink for the colored inks to be visible.
I painted the melons, oranges and strawberries next.
They are all fruits with a romantic meaning.
So, it is a Valentine’s Day themed ink art.
This is about it as far as my paintings are concerned.
My name is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, bye and God bless.
