This is my latest anime music instrument drawing. It was made with coloring pencils and fineliner pens. The Kytyapi is a Philippine two string music instrument. It belongs to the lute family. It is made with beeswax and softwood. The instrument is pretty old, and there are records of its existence as far back as the 15th century. Esraj Anime Drawing Sketches
I made a new sketch featuring the Esraj music instrument. The instrument was made in India, about 300 years ago. It is very similar to a Sitar. Only that it uses a bow. The instrument is a modernized version of the Dilruba. It was a smaller version, that made it more convenient to be carried on horseback. By the 1980s, the instrument was barely played.
