The photos I showcase today are not from my garden. I took the photos last year. We were staying in the Parrot Keys Hotel, and the place had a lot of cool looking vegetation. There was a nice pool that was climatized. The problem was that the climate it was mimicking belonged to the Artic.
It was real cold around the edges. The thing I truly miss about the hotel was the pizza. I am so sick of the salad. Still, I must persevere, for the sake of us all. The job hunting seems to be progressing a bit. The first step is also to get the hair done. We live in a world of appearances, where first impressions are the only thing that matters.
The least I could do is make myself presentable. It has been a while since I had straight hair. For some reason, most of the salons I spoke to only do the Keratin nonsense that sucks. I need a real hair straightener. I want my hair to be straight, and without a centimeter of volume.
I want it to be like the hair of one of those Chinese maidens. The website and the book nonsense is a work in progress. There is a lot of random little nonsense I so desire. It is for this reason that I want a day job. Hopefully, it will not be too much of a bother. I am certain of my skills, but based on other people’s experiences, I see that the only way to get far is to be liked, not to be good.
The only people who make it far in the workforce are the bootlickers and the backstabbers. I am a little too proud to be either one or the other. I suppose I am just driving myself crazy, as all. It is best not to think about the future.
Just take things one day at a time. I think this is about it for my nonsense. I hope you like these nice photos I took. The sunflowers are progressing. Once they look like sunflowers, I will take a photo of them to show them to you.
