Ignudo Summoned Skull Yugioh Watercolor Fanart

This week I was in a Yugioh fancy fanart type of mood. I decided to go with a classic: The Summoned Skull. He is one of the earliest duel monsters you see in the series. He is also one of my first Yugioh Card.
My card is a little wrinkly around the edges, but it can’t be helped. Anyhow…I decided to paint him in a fancy pose. I used as reference Michelangelo’s Ignudo. The Ignudo is one of the many sitting figures you see as décor in the Sistine Chapel.
More than anything, I wanted to show more of the summoned skull. For the nails, I went with black to match the TV version. For the legs, I did a healthy mix of the card version and TV version. I think he came out pretty cool looking. I hope you find it amusing.
