Today, I was in the mood to reminisce about the last vacation I took. This time I wanted to blog about in specific about La Cocina Mexican restaurant.

This was a buffet restaurant in the Nature park of Xcaret. The place has some good ambience and decoration.

The waiters though stoic, are efficient. Once you get your drinks, you are left to your own devices.

It is up to you to get the food you want to eat. The buffet has quite the varied selection.

It has all the core ingredients for you to make the best tacos in the history of tacos. If you are not in a taco mood, they have regular food as well.

I photographed most of the foods that they have to offer. The dessert bar was impressive. It had plenty of sweet fruity threats.

I also liked the different colored chips. The sodas had plenty of bubbles. I am happy they didn’t give me diet coke.

In some restaurants, they randomly feed me diet coke, as if I couldn’t tell the difference.

I photographed what I ended picking, as well as my mother and my brother’s plate.

I also photographed the desserts that picked my interest. I tried a little bit of everything that didn’t have chocolate.

I do not like eating chocolate. The churros were delicious.

They were the best churros in the history of churros.

The flan was also acceptable. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either.

I think I ranted about La Cocina enough.
