Today is one of those mellowed out types of days. Yesterday, we thought we would go out and do stuff. Instead, we decided to just chill out for a couple of hours. The weather seemed slightly cloudy, so we decided to stay. Today is the anniversary of our house.
We have been officially living here for about two years. It took a bit of time to get used to the place. In part, I was a little bit paranoid as far as people being in the yard as all. I am still paranoid, but I am at least used to the place. I have found a new hobby as far as gardening is concerned.
There plant I saved from the stupid caterpillars seems to be recovering. I think the monarch butterfly had a little bit more common sense. I think it might have left some eggs in the main tree. The main tree has a lot of leaves. As such, it might be able to handle a pesky caterpillar or two.
There is also the issue with the birds. Still, monarchs are poisonous so I think they will be fine as all. Yesterday, we returned to that Italian restaurant whose name alludes me. I already did a google review for it so it should be fine. All the food there was delicious.
I really did enjoy it around the edges. The best part about it was the creamy, strawberry and cookie dessert. I think it was called a Napoleon or something. Everything there was just right, except for the salad. Mother made me eat a salad. Next time, I am not going to bother with it.
She can eat her weird tasting salad all by herself. I came there to eat Italian food not Italian salads. I suppose there might be better salads in the menu. I also ate something with cheese and spinach. I am just drooling thinking about it. It was a pleasant night.
There are some silly nonsense I want to buy, but I can wait to Xmas to get them. Hopefully, by then my little pile will have risen a little bit. It is just more doll and gardening stuff. I had a good idea to build a wild flower warden in a portion of one of the places back there. It has relatively good soil.
It is only a matter of time before I get to it. The evil plant seems to have survived the transplant. It is in a much better quality soil. The front garden has terrible soil, for the most part. It has a lot of drainage. Even with the mulch, the plants lose a lot of humidity.
This makes me think that it might be a good spot to plant strawberries. This is all just on a big to do list. I have a lot of those as of lately. This is just how it is when you get started on a new hobby. When it is quiet like this, I can easy go for hours writing nonsense.
The short story book project is proceeding somewhat smoothly. I still a lot of stories to get to. They were just piling on, and I was starting to forget the specific dreams. If I write things down, the brain will hold onto to it for later. It will know that it is useful information.
If it was up to me, I would go to that silly restaurant tomorrow. The issue is that the food is somewhat pricy. Each plate is about 20 bucks, which is something to consider. Still, as far as the quality is concerned, you get for what you pay for unlike other places.
The Sushi place as of lately has been terrible. I do not remember the last time I ate there something I liked. In fact, the last meal I had there I threw it up. There are a lot of non-Japanese people making the food. So, you know how it is. It is the same scenario when non-Mexican people start making tacos.
They just do not come out right as all. I know it makes me sound a little bit like a douche. Still, if you have grown up with a type of food, you have better insight that people who have stumbled upon it. This is a fact, nothing else. I think this is as far as foodies are concerned.
I am a girl who enjoys her food as all. Even now, I am waiting for a pizza. This is slowly is turning into a long dissertation punctuated with out of themed Floral photography. I need to do something with it. In the old days, I would get other people’s work to decorate my blog.
I no longer do that. Original writing, with original photos. I hope you can appreciate the effort behind it. I think next time we go to that restaurant I will bringing in the camera and do a proper review. It is fun to fondly remember things. I can’t stop thinking about food cause I am starving.
The day is quite nice and mellowed out. Regardless of were I go, I will always be more comfortable at home. In the old days, we would head out all the time. We had to do so cause everyone around us was remodeling. They had other places to be, but we only had that one apartment.
After having two neighbors from hell, we decided never to live in an apartment, condominium or any close living facilities. The association is just as corrupted as all the other. In fact, when the president of our old apartment died, it was discovered that she had stolen 50,000 bucks.
The pity is that you cannot take to court a corpse. People have the bad habit of paying a lot of money to not handle their own business. If you are looking for a place to live in Florida, go live in a house. Not one of those dens of thieves governed by a Home Owners Association.
All those elections are rigged, and the houses that look cute at first are subpar. Recently one was discovered to be filled with Asbestos and the other one had lead pipes. The only people that got burned were the home owners.
When it comes to your house and your family, only fools leave it in the hands of others to manage. I think this is already starting to drag. I am going to call it a day. I hope you enjoy my Floral photography.
