July Ink Art Projects of Patterns and Hues
I made new ink art. It seemed like a good a time as any to make them. I made some for the 4th of July and disability month. I also created some cool patterns here and there. It is fun to just mess around with the colors. I suppose I could make some solid shapes. I will deal with it, when I deal with it. Ink Art Spring Flower Arts on Black and White Paper
I made some new ink arts. I was going for a spring type of feel. It is a bit early for spring. However, in Florida the flowers are blooming. So, it feels like a good a time as any to paint flowers. I find such subject matters amusing. I could also paint Mantises again. Colorful bugs are hilarious to paint. I used a lot of glitter paint around the edges. The white paper is pretty big. It gives me plenty of room to make complicated works of art. I need to meditate things around the edges. There is a video...
Ink Art: Dead Leaf and Unicorn Mantis
These are my new mantis paintings. I just went for the colorful looking bugs. Mantis is known to mimic animals. Some pretend to be leaves while others are mimicking unicorns. Ink Art: Orchid Mantis
This is the second or maybe third orchid mantis I paint. The first one had the video lost. So, I painted it again. This was the week of Mantises. I painted three for the hollow knight. The other five were done with ink arts. July isn’t a month of anything. So, I am going to make it about invertebrates or maybe cute looking bugs or slugs. I am just thinking out loud. Ink Art Happy Fourth of July Fireworks
I made new ink arts. It had been a while since I painted with inks. So, it took me a bit to get back into the flow of it. The first two painting feature fireworks. I added the inks in mimicry of those sparks. It was quite the amusing project. The dried versions do not look too much like fireworks. It is more obvious in the painting video.
