Ink Art: Orchid Mantis
This is the second or maybe third orchid mantis I paint. The first one had the video lost. So, I painted it again. This was the week of Mantises. I painted three for the hollow knight. The other five were done with ink arts. July isn’t a month of anything. So, I am going to make it about invertebrates or maybe cute looking bugs or slugs. I am just thinking out loud. Ink Art Happy Fourth of July Fireworks
I made new ink arts. It had been a while since I painted with inks. So, it took me a bit to get back into the flow of it. The first two painting feature fireworks. I added the inks in mimicry of those sparks. It was quite the amusing project. The dried versions do not look too much like fireworks. It is more obvious in the painting video. Ink Art Wet: Fireworks and Mantis
I did new ink art. Here you can see my mantis and some fireworks. Fourth of July only lasts for a day. So, I didn’t do that many artworks. It had been a while since I did ink art. Dot Hack GU Atoli Eating Cake and Drinking Tea
I did a poll to decide the food of this fanart. It just hit me that I have never done something with food. I should get some practice drawing them. So, this was the idea behind this fanart. The winner of the poll was cake and tea. I prefer cake and milk. It works just as well. We can enjoy cake in whatever way we want. So, I drew Atoli sitting while holding a cup of tea. Hollow Knight Mantis Lords in Cocktail Dresses
I did a new Hollow Knight fanart. I did a poll for folks to decide on the theme. The winner was Cocktail dresses. So, I decided to dress up the Mantis Lords yet again.
