These are the last slug paintings for a while. I ran out of ink art paper. So, I will not be making ink paintings. I am going to switch to pouring paintings now.   For now, let us focus on my new Sea slug paintings. The first painting features a Spanish Shawl. That is legit the name of that little slug. It is found in the Gulf of California and the Galapagos Islands.   They are hermaphrodites. On rare occasions, they do self-fertilization. The second painting features a pink Nudibranch dorid. The green slug is called Costasiella Kuroshimae or Leaf Slug.   They have a cute green color. I like the cute little eyes that this slug has. I tried to capture it with my ink. They are found in Japan and the Philippines. This slug likes tropical climates. The second slug is a Flabellinopsis iodinea or a Spanish shawl.   It has a cool purple and orange body. You can find...

The first is a blue dragon sea slug.   The float upside down using surface tension to get around. These slugs are pretty venomous. Watch out for their sting. Like all slugs, they are hermaphrodites. This means that they are both male and female. I think I ranted enough about the slug.   I will now talk about the painting. I used pixiss ink and paper....

This is the last ink painting of the week. Well, it is the last one I made so far. I make these paintings on Wednesday. I made 7 paintings to cover the entire week.   These paintings feature the last two big papers. All that remains are the small ink papers. This is more the pity. I used pixiss ink and paper supplies to make this artwork.   I think the paintings came out alright. I took photographed some painting details. I also made a video and a short of my ink art. You can check it out in...
