I got some new bjd doll outfits. It was a random lucky bag. I didn’t get to chose what was inside. It is what you expect of a bargain deal from Dollmore. Barbie Teresa in Red Dandelion Spring Dress
Today, I felt like doing a solo Barbie photoshoot. This allows me to focus on specific poses. It is hard to balance three dolls. My Teresa doll is sporting a simple looking dress. I paired it up with some nice accessories. I think she looks like quite the charming little doll. I took standing, sitting, lying down and portrait photos. LOL Surprise Spring Break Swimsuits
I did a new lol surprise photoshoot. In this one they are sporting lovely swimsuits. It is basically a bikini top and skirt. These outfits were originally for my Barbie dolls. Since it was a bit of a pain to get new outfits, they are now sporting whatever fits them. I think this works just as well. It is too much of a pain to get new doll outfits. Artemisia Gentileschi Baroque Painter 1593–1652
Artemisia (a variation of the name Artemis, Greek virgin goddess of the forest) Gentileschi was quite the fascinating Baroque artist (1593–1652). At a early age her father introduced her to the world of art. Much to her dismay one day her tutor raped the poor girl. This rape would later inspire many of her artwork that feature women taking vengeance upon men or men assaulting women. The intro painting is called Susana and the Elders made in 1910.
