Ink Art: Hello and Blue Heart Paintings
Today, I wanted to show you the last alcohol ink paintings that I made. I usually make these paintings in batches. Once I have the videos posted online, I get around to making the blogs about these artworks. I made these two paintings using Pixiss art supplies. The paper was made by Pixiss, as well as the ink. The water I used to thin out the paints was provided by Zephyrhills. I am just kidding. I chose purified water because tab water has chlorine and fluorine. They mess with the consistency of the paints. It is interesting to observe...
Ink Art Calligraphy: Mom and Love U Paintings
Today, I wanted to show you my latest calligraphy ink paintings. I was tired of just doing random blobs. So, I decided to add a little bit of writing into the mix. I made these paintings using Pixiss ink and black paper. The first painting I made was the word mom. If you flip it upside down, it can also be the word WOW. So, you can read it in whatever way you so desire. You can even mirror mode it to create the words WOW MOM or MOM WOW. I started by hydrating the paper with water. ...

I take two photographs of my paintings. I want to have a wet version and a dry version of the painting. I also photographed a few of the painting details. This provides me with variations...
Ink Art: Meteor Shadow, Nebula and Rainbow Dots
Today, I wanted to show you my three new ink arts. The first one worth mentioning is supposed to invoke a meteor shower. I used a mold in order to make the ice centers. I first painted the silvery edges with plenty of ink. I used rubbing alcohol to make the paint flow a little better. Rubbing alcohol combines well with alcohol ink. The problem is obviously the smell. Try to have ventilator on in order to keep the fumes from rising up and hitting your face. I would advise you to use a mask, but the one I...
Wood Grain Alcohol Ink Art
Today, I wanted to show you my latest Alcohol ink art. I made two paintings using my smallest canvases. They are themed after wood. I used Pixiv paper and ink. They combine well together. The first painting I was trying to invoke the interior of a sliced piece of wood. I started by creating strong circular bubbles. On the edges, I added a nice wash of brown ink. I first added a lot of rubbing alcohol in the edges before putting the paper horizontally. This created the soft brown ink patterns. Once it finished dripping to the bottom, I...
