I made two new pouring painting. I used the Dutch pouring painting technique. I photographed two painting details. I also made a video for both my Artsy Sister Tiktok and Youtube channels. It has been a while since I did pouring paintings. Now, it seemed like a good a time as any to try it again. I am just doing some refresher paintings. Once I get practice, I will do a more focused theme. I used dutch pouring painting technique. You just blow on the paint with a straw.   I used my leftover paints to make this painting. I did a new acrylic background for doll theater. The theme of this one was Christmas and Valentine’s Day. One half is one thing and the other a different holiday. Both events take place during the winter. So, it worked just as well. I left the hearts simplified.   I didn’t want to steal attention from the roses. Above them, I painted a couple of Christmas ornaments. I added glitter into them to make them pop. The glitter was added right on top of the wet paint.
