bjd, cute, doll, photo, photos -

Today, I wanted to do a little solo bjd doll photoshoot.   Here is my lovely Lazuli doll in a cute kimono.   He is named after one of my Sacred Mask book characters.   The Lazuli from my book is an shapeshifting, fire elemental who adopted a little orphan.   I called him a fire elemental because his strongest magic is fire.   I added shapeshifting into the mix because fire is mutable.   Fire isn’t the type of element that likes to retain its original shape.   A few of my dolls are named after book characters.  ...

This is the second dolly photoshoot of the day. There is going to be a new bjd doll photoshoot.   For the time being, sit back and enjoy watching Barbie and her friend Teresa posing for your amusement.   Barbie is wearing one of the Signature outfits of my Teresa doll.   I figured that this would be the best way of showing off the two outfits that came with my Teresa doll.   This time I wanted to try posing the dolls together, instead of separately.   Solo photoshoots are easy, but duets are far more amusing.   I...

Today is Monday. You know what that means. Time for another dolly photoshoot! The first doll photoshoot features my two LOL Surprise dolls in cute pink and yellow dresses.   I did standing, sitting and portrait photographs.   I also made a little video of these cuties.   You can see them in my Tiktok and my Youtube.   I am starting to get back into my work routine. I love routines.   I know that folks find them kinda boring, but boring is good.   If your worst problem is being bored, then my friend, you should consider yourself...

painting, watercolor -

Above, you can see my latest watercolor self-portraits. I like to post them in pairs. These two painters are grouped together because they have similar styles. Gandhi does squares patterns, while Valetova does psychedelic patterns. I am first going to rant about the Gandhi style painting. Gandhi is a West Bengal, Hindu painter. She makes contemporary art and pop art. She always adds grid pattern to all her subjects. I chose to imitate her art because of this butterfly painting. I like painting butterflies. So, doing this self-portrait was just the excuse I needed to paint more butterflies. I used...

alcohol ink, painting -

Today, I wanted to show you my latest ink art. It is just a simple painting. It features Blue hearts against a golden background. The Hearts had a lot of dots in the middle. I used Pixiss ink and paper. They combine well together. For the first time, I was forced to thin out the paints. I had added alcohol ink into the bottles in order to make more golden ink. The little bottle was almost halfway done. Adding rubbing alcohol saved me the trouble of having to get more ink. This is something to keep in mind if you...
