Art Student BJD Doll Photoshoot
Today, I wanted to do a simple bjd doll photoshoot. I decided to make it art themed. Here, you can see my Bebe doll with some of my paintings. Her dress is Dollmore. I was using my legit paintings for some of the background props. I also added some nesting dolls that I painted a while back. Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day. I spent the entire morning brainstorming a good Valentine’s Day blog post. In the end, I decided to make it a Hollow Knight parody. Unlike my usual parodies, this one is based on a Marilyn Monroe movie called Gentlemen Prefer them Blonde. Above, you can see the still shot I used in order to make my drawing. La Pieta Hollow Knight Parody
Today, we got around to making a new Hollow Knight Parody. In this one, you can see the White Lady cradling her last remaining child, The Hollow Knight. In the background, you can see the infestation taking hold. She is immune to the Radiance, but sadly, she wasn’t able to pass that immunity to her descendant. Zote Bonaparte Hollow Knight x Napoleon Art Parody
I did a new Hollow Knight Art Parody. Above, you can see the painting that I am parodying. It is called Napoleon Crossing the Alps by Jacques Louis David. I thought that the composition of this painting would work for a funny hollow knight parody. Zote has a Napoleon complex. For those not familiar with the complex, it defines a person with a domineering or aggressive attitude, who uses it as a form of overcompensation for being physically small or short.
