I did a new video blog. The topic was still life. It is quite the underappreciated type of painting. It has an interesting history, nonetheless. Still Life are paintings of inanimate objects. This includes flowers, fruits, objects, bones and jewelry. The first still life where painting by the Egyptians in tombs. The fruits where painting with “magic paint”. They were supposed to feed the dead in the afterlife. The Greeks saw these paintings. Not understanding their purpose, they proceeded to use food items as room decorations. Pouring Art Moody Hues Art
I did new pouring art. I hope that you find it amusing. I photographed both wet and dry versions. Depending on when you read this, the dry versions are not going to be up. I need to let them dry for about a day. I dry them in the morning outside the house. The paints sometimes crack a little. I am cool with that now. It is time for Halloween. It isn’t Halloween yet. We are just starting with October. So, I decided to make spooky fanarts. I had folks pick from 4 classical scary movies. Vampire BJD Doll in a Sweet Candy Dress
This is the last doll photoshoot of the day. It is my cute bjd doll vampire. I figured that it is close to Halloween. So, I am going to do spooky or costume photos. Vampires are very Halloween. Barbie Blonde in Red Cute Dress
This is my new Barbie photoshoot of this week. It had been a bit of a while since I photographed the Blonde Barbie. She is sporting a cute red dress. Red looks very nice on the doll. I think a different doll had worn the same outfit, but whatever. It is new on this doll. I try to keep everything on an elegant rotating basis.
