I got around to making a new Hollow Knight parody. In this one, I am making a reference to a famous Arthur Sarnoff painting. It is called Scratched at Dawn. The wife of one of the dogs went to pick up her husband at the bar. He has been playing Pool for far too long. He has work tomorrow. The bulldog’s wife is holding up her umbrella menacingly, while she pulls at his dog ear. The other dogs at the bar are laughing. They find it amusing that such a big bulldog is getting pushed around by a poodle.  ...

Today, I got around to making a new Hollow Knight fanart. In this one, I am referencing the Gustav Klimt painting the Kiss. It wasn’t common for artworks to feature folks kissing. Kisses belonged to the realm of intimacy. It wasn’t something that was considered proper for a painter to paint. Klimt worked during a time when the Salon was repressing all types of new art. Painters either painted like the old masters, or their work wasn’t featured in the Salon. IF your work wasn’t featured in the Salon, you didn’t sell. Klimt’s financial situation gave him the freedom to...

Today, I got around to making my new Hollow Knight parody. This one took a little longer to make because I had a lot of characters to work with. I was making a parody of a painting called A Friend in Need, 1903. This painting was made by Cassius Marcellus Coolidge. Coolidge did an entire painting series of Dogs playing poker. From all his poker dog paintings, I chose the one I liked best for my Hollow Knight parody. Aside from poker, Coolidge has his dogs playing pool and other betting games. In my version, I had the Hollow Knight...

Just Cause 3 Game Review Just Cause 3 was a pretty decent game. It is a real pity that the game was so short. The cities were larger, but there were a lot fewer places to visit. Frankly, the game was a lot larger in the second part. Something that I hated about the game was the loading screen. It took forever to get nowhere. The game also explained a bit about Rico’s origin. His family was killed by the president of his home country. I think it takes place in Italy or something like it. The bases were pretty...

Dragon Age 2 Game Review Dragon Age 2 was not the best of the lot; still it was plenty of fun. The game was about a dwarf named Varrick. He had a friend he wanted to protect named Hawk. Since he was being interrogated, he created a story based a little on the truth. Anyhow, the game is about Varrick’s farfetched tale of the champion of Kirkwall. All that occurs in the game is irrelevant since, Varrick was making most of it up. It becomes more certain in Dragon Age Inquisition when Cassandra finally meets Hawk. Well, that is beside...
