It has been a while since I photographed my new BJD Doll.
Today, she is sporting her Ice Queen outfit.
When I ordered this doll, I also asked for a second outfit for her.
The outfit didn’t include the crown or the wig.
So, I made do with whatever I had lying about my drawers.
The wig and the tiara were made by Dollmore.
I think both elements combined well with this bjd doll.
The necklace of the doll was a bit of a paint to put on. I had two alternatives.
I either sliced it and expanded it or I removed the doll head.
I chose option A. I added a bit of extra cloth and a little button.
This allowed me to finally put on the chocker for the doll.
It is a good thing I am getting a little bit more confident with my sewing needle.
Knowing basic sewing is necessary for handling doll outfits.
There is a natural wear and tear caused by the photoshoots.
Overtime, everything needs a little bit of maintenance.
Like before, I did a standing, sitting and portrait photos.
She is indeed quite the photogenic looking bjd doll.
She certainly does look the part. All she is missing is an icy throne, and then she is done.
I do not have much of a winter themed background.
So, I just made do with what I had available.
I am almost done with painting all my project boards.
Once, I am done with them the backgrounds are going to start repeating.
I suppose there are some things that cannot be helped. I am not going to paint a new photoshoot background every week.
Only when the mood strikes me. As far as new bjd dolls are concerned, there is just one pre-order left to come.
He is going to get here, when he gets here. He might arrive this month, if I am lucky.
I suppose this is about it as far as Elizabeth is concerned.
I did a new video short of this doll.
You can find it my Teresita Blanco Books Tiktok and my Artsy Sister Youtube channel. Take care everyone. Happy doll hunting.
