This weekend I went to Mojitos with my family. It had been a while since I visited the restaurant.
I wanted to see if the food had changed. We went a bit early. So, there wasn’t a lot of folks. Most visit the restaurant later at night.
They play live music late at night. We went there for the food. I only bother to get out of the house to eat at a restaurant.
Going outside once a week, it is what gets me from Monday to Friday. I like the decorations in that place a lot.
I wonder were they got the cool paintings. The most important thing is the food. Mojitos serves Cuban food.
We ordered the drinks and the appetizers first. We got a board with bread, ham and various cheeses.
We ordered the main course. The lamb was on special. So, brother got it. It was delicious.
I got shrimp and mother ate ropa vieja.
The desserts were real yummy as well. I tried mom’s flan and my brother’s bunuelos.
The flan was a tad bland. The torrejas with ice cream was to die for.
I recommend it. I think I ranted enough for one day.
My name is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, bye and God bless.
