I wanted to tell you of the music I listen to while I draw. The blue Oyster cult is pretty mellowed out. I like that their songs tell stories about psychics and Godzilla. They are fun.

David Bowie is cool. His music is quite varied, but I prefer is later work, when he started to add some bass into his voice. His Ziggy Stardust was a little too nasally for my taste.

Depache Mode and Dido are great for napping. Dio is pretty cool. His voice has a lot of range. Godsmack comes in two mode. He is both hyper, but also mellowed out, in a balled type of way.

Modern Talking sounds super girly, for having a guy singer. Most of their songs are sickly sweet, in a good way. Pearl Jam has quite the variety. I like their Pendulum song a lot.

I can never understand what Sting is saying. The last band worth mentioning is System of a Down. Chop Suey is great for waking up. Just play it next to a sleeping someone and watch them jump out of the bed.

I hope you find this amusing. I also did a video blog of these bands. You can check them out in my Artsy Sister Youtube channel. Please give a like and subscribe.
