Open Bar in Bahia Principe

This is the open bar in this hotel in Punta Cana. I do not drink, but this is something that interest the rest of the world. I am not one to deny something to folk who truly enjoy a nice alcohol drink with their meals. This is just about all the booze variety there is available in this hotel. Most of it was rum or something else. There was also plenty of tropical drinks. The fruits there were extra sweet. So, if you have a problem with sweets just keep that in mind. It is not as if they put a lot of sugar on it. Rather, the fruits there are extra sweet.
It is interesting to tell the regional differences with the same fruits. The guavas were also different there. Despite being white, they had the same sweetness as the red ones. In my experience, the red guavas are the best out there on the market. When I was small, one time I ate an entire tub of guavas. The guavas were hollowed out, lacking seeds and the skin. They were meant for a type of jam or a pie. I just found them, and I took them outside in the patio and started eating them. I spent an entire afternoon just watching people pass by and eating guavas.
It is fun to reminisce about food. Just about everyone has at least one good memory attached to a type of food. Food is awesome. Drinks are also dandy too. However, I never liked any type of booze drink. I tried while and even beer, but all of them were terrible. They made me nauseous just with a tiny sip. Now, with sodas, those were real amassing. My first soda was Coca Cola. They were not very common in Cuba. This made them extra special. The ones we always got where the ones in the crystal bottle.
Something about the crystal bottle made it taste amassing. Now, back to Punta Cana. The soft drink situation was terrible. Most of the people there were adults. A such, the sodas were in the machines for ages. Most of the sodas I got were stale or diet. I do not know why people always give me diet coke, when I ask for regular one. I guess nobody asks for diet soda. They must need to need to unload it. So, I guess that is why. I can always tell the difference between diet and regular soda.
I know they sell you diet stuff, like it is just like the regular sodas. In my experience, mot diet stuff are nowhere similar to the genuine article. Still, there is an entire market for diet stuff. This reminds me of that king of the hills episode. One of the characters went crazy eating diet stiff, and he got really fat. Just because its diet, doesn't mean you can over eat. It is all about moderation. I eat regular food, except in smaller amounts. Also, at night, I eat a salad. So, that is my diet in a nutshell.
