I went on a mini vacation with my family. While on that vacation, we ate at the Seafood Feast Buffet in Islamorada.
We had heard that this Buffet had a good dessert, so we decided to check it out. It is perfect for those who want to eat a large variety of seafood.
For the three of us, we ended up spending 120 bucks.
Then again, almost all the restaurant in Florida cost 100 bucks these days. I am not going to bore you with our financial woes.
You came here to read about food and read about food you shall. I took a photograph of almost everything that I saw in the buffet.
The interior decoration was pretty original. At the entrance, there was a cool wooden mermaid type of statue.
It has quite the nice nautical décor. If you seat by the window, you get a nice view of the beach.
At night, the second-floor bar plays live music. The buffet had a little bit of everything and a nice variety of rice and salads.
The cheese breads were more delicious than the pizza. The pizza was a bit of a meh, experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.
The shrimp was also somewhat salty. Everything else I tried was tolerable. The corn and the mash potato were delicious.
The salad I tried was also nice as well. The main highlight was the dessert. I took a photograph of the desserts I tried.
I also photographed the ones my brother liked. The coconut cake was nice, and so was the 3 milks in a little cup. The flan was extremely delicious.
The ice cream had a smooth flavor and texture. I had to really focus in order to taste the flavors of it. All in all, it was a mixed bag.
It is impossible to like everything that a buffet has to offer. I recommend the place mainly for the desserts.
If you have a sweet tooth, Sea Food Feast will not disappoint. This is Teresita Blanco, the Artsy Sister. Bye, bye, and God bless.
